Every body is different,

Outdoor workouts in nice weather offer a mix
of bodyweight exercises, cardio, and strength
training in a refreshing setting. Enjoy lunges,
sprints, resistance training, and stretching
while soaking up fresh air and sunshine.
A one-on-one training session provides
personalized instruction, real-time feedback,
and tailored support to help individuals achieve
their specific goals effectively.
A small group training session (2-4 people)
offers personalized instruction with the
benefits of group motivation. Participants
receive tailored guidance, real-time feedback,
and interactive learning while collaborating in a
supportive environment.

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Dredrick Albritton has
dedicated his career to advancing health, wellness, and physical fitness. His
extensive background in exercise science has equipped him with a deep
understanding of human physiology, kinesiology, and the principles of training,
enabling him to deliver transformative results for his clients.
Throughout his career, Dredrick has worked with a diverse range of individuals,
from beginners taking their first steps toward fitness to seasoned athletes aiming
to elevate their performance. His approach combines evidence-based techniques
with a personalized touch, ensuring that each client achieves their unique fitness
goals.
Together with his wife Sara Albritton he has created DarkHorse fitness. A personal
training gym located in East Irondequoit.
He believes in season training is just as important as off season training. In-season
training offers several benefits for athletes and sports teams. It helps maintain
performance, prevent injuries, and ensure peak conditioning throughout the
competitive season.
Dredrick's passion for the industry is reflected in his commitment to continuous
learning and professional development. He stays current with the latest trends,
research, and innovations in exercise science, enabling him to provide cutting-
edge training methods that maximize results. Beyond his technical expertise,
Dredrick is known for his motivational coaching style and his ability to inspire
lasting change in his clients.Our daughter has been training with
Dark Horse for several months now and
we have nothing but positive things to
say about them. Our teenage daughter
is faster, stronger and more agile on
the volleyball court. She is jumping
higher as well. Most of all, she is more
confident because her training has led
to better performance on the volleyball
court. D and Sara are very
accommodating and are very easy to

I have been with DarkHorse for the last 5
years and it has changed me mentally,
physically and emotionally. Dredrick and
Sara have been absolutely amazing to work
with. They constantly push me to be the best
version of myself and they always show me I
can do more than I think. I was able to
workout until I was 38 weeks pregnant and
come back to the gym as soon as I was
cleared. This is the strongest my body and
mind has ever felt. I cant thank them enough
for everything they have done for me and
continue to do for me. I love being at a gym
that never allows me to give up, always lifts
me up, and makes me feel proud of how far I
have come. This gym is my home away from
home and I feel blessed to be apart of it.
